One thing I love to do is search for the origin of a song, its first release date and from what artist.
To make my point simpler, I'll give you an example:
I am skimming trough Christmas songs right now. With so many different versions of each songs, it would be nice to be able to sort my search by release date, telling me who came up first with the song, in what year, who came up with the first cover and when, etc.
It would give some kind of timeline on any giving song, the history of it. Kind of ;)
Below are simply images of what I am describing, in case my explanation wasn't clear enough.
1. I AM LOOKING FOR A SONG.
IN THE SEARCH BAR, I TYPE THE NAME OF THE SONG, AND THEN I CLICK ON THE "SONGS" RESULT OPTION.
2. I CAN THEN CHOOSE TO SORT THE GIVING RESULT FROM "SONG", "ARTIST", ALBUM", "LENGTH" OR "LIKES".
I WOULD ADD "RELEASE DATE".
Let me know what you guys think! Personally I believe it would highly enhance our user experience :D
