It's obvious that many upset families have tried to submit the idea that Spotify should allow children of divorce, who live part-time with each of their parents, to participate in a family plan. After all, no one would be unreasonable enough to suggest that children of divorce do not have families, right? However, anytime a divorced parent posts an idea that the "Family Plan" should include their family members, they receive a canned answer that in Spotify's view, "families" live together full-time, and the idea is Closed before anyone can vote for it. Obviously, if Spotify was interested in hearing reasonable ideas, this would have been changed long ago. So I have a different idea: Rename "Family Plan" to "Roommate Plan". It's obvious that Spotify doesn't want to serve actual families with this plan, only people that live together 100% of the time. That is called a roommate, not a son or daughter, so the plan should be titled accordingly. This would prevent members of actual families from having the expectation that Spotify would treat them reasonably or without discrimination. Think about it!
