Over month ago, I contacted Spotify because I couldn't find my favorite artists under the Artists Tab. They notified me that changes had been made so all I needed to do was relike all my artists. I've used Spotify sense 2014 and I am a music addict, so I listen to a lot of bands. I let them know that information and they didn't care. They were the ones that implemented the change, so they could easily change the code back so we don't have to go through all that time and effort. So, to me it sounds like they clearly don't value their customers. If I'm going to have to make that sort of an effort than I might as well do it on a platform that values my time and money. If they change it back than I'll consider using Spotify again. If anyone else has had an issue like this, if enough of us let them know that isn't acceptable, maybe they'll make the change.
