[Android][Connect] Add button in header to select speakers prior to playing music

App:

Currently, a user who does not use a Bluetooth device but uses home setup such as Google home must select a song, play the song on the app, and then wait to see the speaker icon to cast to another device/speaker. This interrupts the listening experience as the song will have to play on the phone first, then connect to a device.

As a user, I would like to see the speaker icon at the header of the home screen OR a floating CTA so that I can select the device prior to/independent of playing a track.

Other streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu offer the casting function right away.

Hey @jillianpenrod

Your Idea has been submitted a while ago, and unfortunately hasn't gathered enough votes (50 votes within 3 months) to keep it active in the Exchange. Be sure to know that this does not mean that your Idea has been declined by Spotify.

Don't worry, your Idea will still be able to gain more votes, and may get a Live Idea status if it receives enough of them.
