[Android][Other] Dedicated output device

I will explain the idea with an use case example:

You go home and pair with a bluetooth speakers, play your favourite playlist and now you want to watch some videos(on youtube for example). But you don't want to stop the music, each time you play a video, because the audio from the video can go out through phone speakers. In other words, can we dedicate an output device for the spotify, which is independent. I am not sure is this spotify or OS problem.
