[Browse] Enable artist sorting artists by monthly plays/ popularity

My idea is simple: Create a sort that shows artists in ascending order, from fewest overall monthly plays to most overall monthly plays. Ideally, it would be combined with genre filters so those who only care about country or hip-hop for example would see only the artists in their musical wheelhouse.

• This would be a win-win for emerging artists (especially those who are self-producing/uploading their material) and users who like to stay ahead of the curve.
