There are tons of small discrepancies between desktop and mobile (Android) that are large enough to cause irritation without any clear reason why desktop/Android does not have the same options or UI. Here are some examples that divide desktop users and Android users, starting with the new "Blend":
1. Users can not create a Blend playlist on desktop. 2. Blend playlists do not show which person(s) the song is from on desktop. 2. Division by genre is not available on desktop. 3. Number of songs on a playlist seems randomly omitted on mobile (Android). 4. "Enhance" feature is not available on desktop. 5. "Create similar playlist" is unavailable on mobile (Android). 6. Inability to report artists on mobile (Android), although available on desktop.
These are incredibly nit-picky and negligible, but sometimes it feels like I am using two different platforms with how behind desktop feels sometimes. Or different. Either way.
If it's a matter of community testing, I would love for a beta option to be available for desktop users. Content that ordinarily only mobile users would get to test/enjoy could be tested and enjoyed by a wider audience this way, and the discrepancy between platforms would shrink.
Hello @blinddarkness, and thanks for bringing your feedback to the Idea Exchange.

We think your Idea is great and would appeal to a lot of users. It would be great if you submit each suggestion that you want to see on a specific platform as a separate idea, so that users know exactly what they are voting for 🙂
