[Desktop] Hide Podcast Suggestions so "C.um Town" doesn't render on my computer at work

Pretty self-explanatory, let me hide podcast suggestions. The fact that this feature is not already implemented is frankly shocking. It is grossly inappropriate and unprofessional to have the words "C.um Town" show up on my spotify feed at work, and embarrassing to have it show up at home around family.

Funny enough, this podcast title is so vulgar that this very forum will censor the word if I type it out.

I am here for the exact same reason. Getting a recommendation for a revolting podcast called "**bleep** Town", with its revolting logo. Blocked Nick Mullen, the name of the primary a-hole "comedian" behind the podcast, but I think it's a different Nick Mullen. I don't want to see this recommendation. Spotify, in no uncertain terms, I am not interested in this AT ALL, never will be, and don't want to see it.
