[Desktop][Other] Add option to disable native contrast mode for the Windows desktop player.

Hello,

as I always use windows in contrast mode (native dark mode) most of my do quite well in showing up with a dark skin. Since the newest update of Spotify though, the app looks a bit unoptimized, e.g. the play button doesn't even show.. Could you maybe add an option to ignore the contrast setting from windows?
