[Desktop][Playlists] Add to playlist dialogue

Hello.

Spotify's desktop new interface is confusing for most of people. I have also new idea to create, which will be better.

It'll be good to add 'add to playlist' dialogue instead of submenu in context menu. This dialogue will countains search box to find playlist by name and also, playlists will be as check boxes to select multiple playlist for adding a song. There will be also button 'add' to confirm our selection and add this track. It is very bad, that I must two or three times select 'add to playlist' option to add to two, or three playlist. I think, that It'll be easy to add search playlists and check playlists in which We want to add a track to selected playlists.

Nextly, It'll be also more accessible for the blind users too.
