Distribute spotify to multiple Linux distributions using Snap packages

Since snap packages are now available for multiple linux distros, this could be a convenient way to distribute spotify for linuxes https://insights.ubuntu.com/2016/06/14/universal-snap-packages-launch-on-multiple-linux-distros/ and http://snapcraft.io/.

They are also now supported by default in Ubuntu so can be convenient way to ship 3rd party apps like Spotify.

Opensuse doesn't support it (snapd not installed) since it has YaST but I'd rather not go through script that doesn't resolve dependencies by itself and probably circumvents OS package manger anyway.
