Global saving of Last.fm login information

Hello,

I use Spotify on a number of computers, and I often login to my Spotify Premium at other people's computers.

It would be nice if Spotify remembered my Last.fm login information globally. At least set up by default, so you can disable it locally if needed. But I think full "globality" is the best solution. I'm pretty sure this is the preferred behaviour for most people.

Hello,

Thank you. I did a search for my topic, but naturally didn't find the idea you're linking to since it's much more general.

I do feel that the need for just Last.fm settings syncing is much more pressing than syncing all of your preferences. In many cases, it might just be the opposite - you want different settings for local files, whether you're playing HQ or LQ... Mostly, I feel all the other settings are much more of an "either/or" thing, it could be global, and it could be local.

Quite the opposite is true with Last.fm: the very nature of scrobbling is to scrobble all. Hence, this setting is definitely the most important to go global with.

But since the idea you're linking to completely consumes mine, then I feel that it's the appropriate place to discuss mine.
