I have been a paying premium customer for years. All I ask is that you are consistant and act like you care a little bit about how my music experience is! I'm sick of the lack of respect Spotify gives it's customers! You give us no customer service, and no customer support! Here I am posting in a forum to speak directly to Spotify, because they do not have a direct contact page. I can't believe it! STOP SILENCING YOUR CUSTOMERS. I usually never update so I don't have as many issues, but this time Spotify would not function so I was forced to update. Now everything is messed up! You just forgot to put the "Filter" option in the update? Sorting through my music is taking ages and it is making listening to music a total inconvience. Who is running your technical team? Who is supervising you? Why doesn't Spotify hire somebody to manage these incompetant chimpanzees you call employees, and hire some kind of customer support team. Step up your game Spotify because as far as I can tell from reading through these forums, you've got A LOT OF UNSATISFIED AND UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. I as well as many others already have one foot out the door.
