Make Basic abo available to all

Make the Basic abo also available for people who have a spotify abo with a phone provider.

Now the abo without the audiobooks is only available for people with the premium account via spotify.

I have a premium family account for many years via xs4all and later kpn...

I feel like this is a missed opportunity.
