I make playlists that are very precise and handy for various events. I think others might enjoy listening to them, but I wouldn't go as far as giving them a plain exact name. I would love to be able to add a flair or tag to my playlist so others can find it easily and ultimately users can be better connected to one another. 8Tracks used to have this!!
