[Mobile][Playlists] Pin songs in a playlist to a specific time for random play

I like to listen to a specific playlist when I'm out running. Usually I just put it on random, and let it be with that. But I would love to be able to set a certain song to play at a specific time, so that it will play when I'm at a certain stage in my run. That way I can keep track of how I run compared to the plan even without looking at the watch. When the world opens up again, and I can run a race again, I can set it to play a specific song for when I'm close to the finishing line, half way, a special spot on the course etc. It would really elevate the playlist feature for me (and probably many others in the same situation).
