It would be great to have a feature or button to be able to detect genre or have it displayed to us easy if desired or alternatively full time. I think it's important especially when adding songs to playlists that are organised and sorted categorically by a majority of genre named playlists. Although most songs may be known, there is always some that are suprisingly in other genres we are unaware of. If Spotify don't want to clog up the UI with genre that's fine, then make it visible by other means like a tap on the album art, or other little button. I myself love many styles and genres of music, and can probably name most of them, but hearing a song and putting a song into each specific genre playlist category ain't that easy, even for an experienced musician, because there's so many genres. @DJ-MastaJ
