[Playlists] Make Duplicate Song filter better

If anyone out there is an audiophile, or at least ever listens to an artist's entire Discography, you may come across some of the same songs regardless of the current duplicate track filter.

This can happen when an artist re-releases the song onto a new album, like a "Greatest Hits" one, for example. Or you could simply add an album to your playlist, scroll down past it and see a Deluxe Edition of the album. This happens a lot to me, and I'm like "Oh."

I think the filter should be a bit better than this. Maybe find a way to tell if there's any difference in a song. Maybe by how long the track is?

Now, obviously, tracks can have a bunch of releases or different versions. But as long as there is no difference at all in a track you want to add when compared to a previous one, the filter should take over.
