Podcast playlist order amd download.

Since Rogan joined, I've used spotify for video podcasts. I have issues with your playlist though. For 1, every time I download a show I have to pick the playlist to download too. I only have 1 playlist so it should automatically go directly to that list. Next issue is with podcast list order. I have multiple different podcasts shows that I go through and add to playlist but I can't sort shows to the order of when the show was aired.  Your sort menu has a manual edit but it is a pain to figure out which show came out when and move them around in order.  Another podcast app i have used for years can automatically sort playlist to the date the shows came out.  I hope this could be something spotify can fix.  Thanks
