(Podcasts) You should be able to share a specific time stamp when sharing pods

So that whoever you share it with can start listening at the moment you want them to hear, not just the beginning of the pod. Youtube does this when you share videos, you can share the link and have it jump to a specific time stamp.

Two aids to make the exact hh:mm:ss share of a podcast:

• The easy one: that on screen we can see the listening hh:mm:ss. Then we can include it in the text: "please listen from the minute hh:mm:ss".
• The wow one: if we have paused the podcast, the share option allows to choose between 'share chapter' and 'share chapter from hh:mm:ss'.

On YouTube and other places, you can see a bunch of timestamps showing you which topics were discussed in the podcast. It would be fantastic if Spotify had this feature, as it would make listening and navigating podcasts so much easier and less painful.
