Or at least give us a good reason for retiring it! It's my number one go to.

I totally agree now to make matters worse they have deleted my playlists and I can't even get them on resume deleted playlists. I ve ju St about had it with Spotify my premium membership is going to be cancelled
This is completely impolite to just close the issue so many users voted for! By doing it you are showing us what we are for you. You only care for the money, not for the users of your app. It is very sad to see this 😞
For android users, there is a beta app by spotify that basically does the same thing as the old bpm tech. Its called "runbeat". iOS users might have it in their store too. It's a little glitchy but there is some hope. I tried it today and it was like old times. Reply and let other runners know what you think. God bless
It's the lack of explanation for removing the feature that is one of the more irritating things. At least with an explanation at least we could understand why Spotify has chosen to remove such a popular feature.
Running WAS a unique idea that nobody else has. And was my favorite part of Spotify. I used it every day. It was special. It makes us in the community feel like you don't care or listen when you get rid of a unique and favorite feature of so many athletes. For every person that complains here, there are tens of thousands of disappointed listeners out there that have lost this. When you turned it off, you even said it was temporary. Then 3 months turned into 6 months into years.
You literally wasted all the time and resources you would have needed creating the absolutely pointless Car Thing. That's a whole physical product versus software feature you already had, and it literally has no purpose. It's completely redundant to the smart phone that's required for its use.
Whoever is in charge of product development and marketing should be looking for a new job.
