Subject: Enhance Playlist Management Experience

Dear Spotify Team.

I would like to suggest a new feature to enhance the playlist management experience on the Spotify mobile app.

Currently, after adding a song or podcast to a playlist, users have to manually search for the same track to add it to another playlist. To improve efficiency and user experience, I propose implementing a feature that remembers recently added tracks.

Here's how it could work:

• After adding a track to a playlist, the track remains accessible in a pop-up or suggestion list.
• This list should persist until the Spotify app is closed.
• Users can then quickly add the same track to multiple playlists without having to search for it again.

This feature would be particularly beneficial for users managing playlists for multiple people, such as family members. It would streamline the process and save users time.

Unfortunately, we'll have to close this idea as adding a song to multiple playlists is an available feature on the mobile app -

Just search for a song -> click the three dots -> tap Add to playlist and select all the playlists you need 🙂 

If your idea is regarding something different entirely, please submit a new one, highlighting the differences between what we have now and what you would like to see implemented. Thanks!
