Subscriptions for my customers (credit card holders)

We are a credit card issuer in the Balkans (currently in North Macedonia, and from next year in Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Albania). For one tier of our plans we want to include a Spotify premium account. Do you have such an option? We would activate and purchase a plan for each individual that is in our specified customer plan, and deactivate it as soon as they cancel.
