Hey there, I'm very sorry to say this, but I'm really disappointed for now with your Community.
All I can say, can you employ someone to read / answer those ideas. I have popular idea about cover and karaoke bands with 200 Kudos soon and there is no idea status change since first day of my idea. I'm asked why this from Customer service and they told me they are working for answer / status change to my idea. Now please say for how long?
I no0ticed this in many ideas. There is much Kudos and more disappointed users, but Spotify is not updating statuses or even commenting ideas. This is very bad thing in Community. Spotify, comment and realise those problems in your service. I'm not happy with this Community for now. I'm really sorry to say this, but you don't have power to make satisifed users in Community.
I would write this in Private are for Community founders and staff, but I want that this problem is noticed soon by all folks. So I post it here. Sorry for that, Spotify. Implement your community now.

Basically, Spotify mistreats its customers.
I am cancelling my subscription because the search features makes it impossible to find anything I look for. When I search, Spotify pushes on me all kind of suggestions that doesn't interest me, and makes it impossible to refine the search in any way (come on, it is not even possible to sort the search results!). Searching in Spotify is just an advertisement tool; that's it.
But this is not all. When I cancel my subscription, I mark the option "Spotify doesn't have all the features I want. In the next step, insted Spotify asking me what features I miss, they show me a page advertising all the nice and cool features of Spotify! Now, is maybe Spotify thinking that I am stupid and I don't know how to use my computer? Is Spotify thinking that they now better than me what I want/need? Do they think that I may be wrong to cancel my subscription?
Just to lket you know: I am not wrong; I have cancelled my subscription, and I stop using Spotify from this very same moment because Spotify is worth very little to me. I suggest that Spotify starts taking seriously its customers, not for the sake of benefits (which I guess Spotify already has) but for the sake of decency.
