Hi. After much time thinking, I've come to the conclusion that Spotify, lo and behold, offers a far better music experience than Microsoft's own Groove service. However, there is one thing missing that I believe is crucial to this experience that gives Microsoft a few extra brownie points is apps. Spotify's desktop app, while being the go-to for all desktop users, is feeling the age and is starting to get clunky. My suggestion to the Spotify development team is to build a new Spotify app on the Universal Windows Platform. The benefits of this are huge. The UWP allows for porting of the great iOS app, making development a bit easier, and the UWP allows for one code-base across devices, meaning that one Spotify app could run on a Windows 10 desktop, phone, Xbox, and even Microsoft's HoloLens. With support for features like Cortana, users could call up their music with a simple voice command, without ever having to leave their work or their games. This app would bring a much needed refresh to desktop users on Windows 10, and could strengthen Spotify's customer base by reaching out to those on Xbox and Windows Phone. All of us have that one friend (if not ourselves), who just CANNOT RESIST sharing a new song that they love with their friends or family.  Can't we make it easier for them then, to share the music they love via Whatsapp? With over 700 Million Whatsapp users worldwide, surely Spotify can tie up with Facebook and facillitate an in-app music sharing ability via the  cross-platform mobile messaging application.   This will definitely get a lot of music lovers to download Spotify, and will also encourage them to download Spotify Premium once they discover the magic of Spotify. On the streets around you and you will see that it randomly located songs released as pins. The songs come partly from your own playlists, starred songs, friends' most listened songs + new music from your favorite genres. You start the function. Now when you walk past a song and put it into a list for the next playing songs. Do not like the song so you can easily switch the controller on the headphone cable or directly in the cell phone will play the next song up. The app also records the number of steps / speed / walking route. Depending on your walking pace so placed songs on the map at regular intervals. Hello everyone,   I have two Chromecasts Audio, one in my living room and one on my terrace. These are the two places I listen to music to when I'm not at the computer in my bedroom.   However, as of now, when I start casting to my Chromecasts the audio playing from my computer stops. It would be great if the music kept playing and the computer synced with the two other Chromecasts.   I understand Spotify probably doesn't want to enable multi-device streaming but this could work only for Chromecasts and only if they are connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the PC and/or the user has a Spotify Family subscription. ... I think u can easily match people (not even necessarily romantically) by matching music libraries similar to each other if the user gives consent. Spotify can play a major role in bringing people together in a different way then traditional social media does.     ... View more

I have a friend that does not have facebook and I am not able to send playlists in spotify to them. You should open up the criteria to send by if you follow the person and they follow you. I don't know why it is only limited to facebook connected and friended people. at least you could allow you to input a username as a workaround.    Thanks you guys! ... View more

There are some songs that makes people want to get up from the bed, make them feel that they can conquer the world and also make them feel that, that day, can be awesome. So i thought it would be nice to set an alarm clock on my spotify app in my phone, and set either a song or a playlist to play when the alarms goes on. The current Samsung Smart TV app hasn't been updated for about 1.5 YEARS... Can you please bring Spotify Connect to this app + the ability to sort our playlists by "DATE ADDED", like on the Spotify PC program.. [Song link....] I use mostly Shuffle play, because I'm satisfied with whatever plays in my playlists..But Albums that have songs in two sections (intros and such) are all over the place...it would be nice to be able to link them so that,even in shuffle, they will stay together.... Additional links, would be very nice as well... Being able to link more than two songs in a specific order amidst a random playlist would be the cherry on top of my Spotify Experience. So because of security reasons I would need to change my username on spotify but currently there is no way to do it.   I don't think it would cause any trouble so why not?
