It would be neat if there was a way to set a certain song in a playlist to always play first when the playlist is started.   i.e. an option in the right-click menu to toggle "Always Play First" would cause that song to start first when the playlist is set to play or shuffle.  This would be good for exercise playlists; many people have one specific song that pumps them up like no other, and that's what they want to hear first. ...
