shuffle between playlists

Sometimes you don't want to just shuffle within one playlist and so a feature to be able to set up in preferences, allowing you to shuffle x number of playlists together would be great.

For instance, I have a blues; mellow and midtempo/funky playlists that I'd like to shuffle together so it has the chance of mixing it up a bit but there's no way I can do that, which is reall frustrating.

As mentioned, you could just create a playlist folder and play/shuffle multiple playlists at once then.

There's a simple workaround - create a playlist folder and put the in there. Then you can shuffle the folder.

The playlist folder system is hardly a substitute as it is not simple to perform "on the fly".  What I think the OP is looking for is the convenience factor of shuffling any set of playlists together regardless of their being or not being in folders.  Perhaps "add to current playlists" should be a right click option when a playlist is right-clicked.  This would be non-obtrusive to regular users, but be quicly picked up by those of us who frequently access the play queue and already use "make current playlist" to smoothly transition.
