When playing podcast video and rotating to landscape mode, the bars on either side are not matching the phones capabilities to display the color black. What I am seeing is a very distracting gradient shift (poorly blenned together) this is much less pronounced in portrait mode due to the lighter tones under the play-pause button and slight blur efffect. That's fine. In Landscape mode. Let it go all the way black.
Can't seem to be able to submit an idea, so I'll post it here.
Please bring back the 'Sort By' options for Podcasts on the Desktop app. There's no reason to not have it. I listen to a ton of podcasts and I'm not caught up on all of them. Sorting by either 'oldest to newest' or 'newest to oldest' is really useful for podcast listeners. It's essential to have the 'Sort By' feature to have a pleasant podcast listening UX.
I don't know if this is the right place to request a change to the API but please for the love of god add a request in the API that allows access to the number of plays instead of the popularity rating for songs. I don't give a rats ass how popular the song is right now, especially with older songs.
Adding this feature would allow me to move forward with a playlist project I've been trying to implement for years now. It would be so amazing to see it come to fruition instead of having to look in the application for the number of plays (which takes absolutely forever when you're looking up 200 albums in a day for example)
how stupid to be to remove sucha basic feature like sorting by the newest added songs in the playlist TOP or BOTTOM. This is not an idea is a necessity, specially when you have a 400+ song playlist. If this is not going to be brought back in the next update i will def switch to APPLE MUSIC
The feature that is not required to be brought, but I think it will be useful for many people if it is brought:
If another application plays audio while the song is playing, the volume of the song is automatically muted. Of course, it is not done for every application, but at least it can be valid for the applications we choose and can be turned on and off from the settings.
Example: If there is another sound that I need to listen to while listening to music from Spotify, instead of manually pausing and restarting the song for a short time, Spotify can automatically stop/mute the song and resume it automatically later.
