"I paid for my annual Premium account a couple months ago. I'm now thinking about getting the family plan."

Tentei renovar minha conta universitária, porém, cobraram por duas vezes R$10,00 ao tentar atualizar os dados do cartão.

 

Minha faculdade alterou o nome e o site que realiza a análise está desatualizado.

 

Desta forma não atualizou e não aprovou o meu desconto

 

Poderia verificar por favor.

Meu nome é Marcelo, sexta-feira eu fiz uma assinatura mensal do plano premium família no aplicativo de músicas Spotify. No entanto, ao consultar minha conta no app, ainda estou como usuário Free, embora na minha fatura do cartão já conste o valor debitado de 26,90 ao estabelecimento EC*SPOTIFY.
Gostaria de saber de que forma esse problema poderá ser resolvido.
