Last week, one of our users received a phishing email. Scared they'd get charged, they took to Community and asked for help.
It didn't take long for @Billy-J to come to the rescue. He already knew something wasn't right, but asked the user to verify the sender of the email to confirm his suspicions.
A few moments later..
He came with the solution (and a helpful tip!)

Here's the thing...
I just need someone to help me with a problem
Don't to be part of a blog or whatever. Just need a Spotify support e-mail so that I can resolve my issue
(Spotify keeps asking me to confirm my address even though I did it already - funny thing, Spotify threatened me on cancelling my subscription for something that I already done)
Again, to whom should I send an e-mail to in order to solve my problem?

Contact support and they will cancel it or and refund you.
Good evening! Because most of the songs, play list, that is almost everything can not be downloaded to listen offline. What is the advantage of having a premium account? I signed for this purpose.
