The user reached out initially with an issue subscribing to Premium. They were certain that their card details were correct, and they didn't want to start a new account to fix the issue.

Hey there, welcome to the community!
That's not good but let's try to troubleshoot :) Have you tried updating your payment details using an incognito/private window in your browser?

This approach was friendly, polite, and helpful. There was even an infographic added to help the user further. 


Unfortunately these steps didn't initially help the user out, but that didn't stop @KatesHere. The follow up response was full of extra troubleshooting steps, and a link to contact Spotify if all else fails.
