The user in question was having some bad luck, when they found another Android device was active on their Spotify account.
They reset their password right away, but missed a vital step in securing their account. Luckily @koenve was there to help out...
Under "Account Overview", you can choose to log out of all devices you are currently logged in. You can hit this button after changing your password, to make sure only you can use your account."
This opener was polite, and straight to the point. Exactly what the user should expect when reaching out for help.
Bonus points have been awarded here for adding an image to help explain the process - Great idea!
