So; a user got in touch hoping to discover how to add local files from their computer, via Spotify, to their mobile phone. Like many of the answers required in the Community, the one this needed was pretty straight forward...
...however, where things can get tricky is in trying to unearth the questions themselves. Rising Stars, Rock Stars, Managers and Mods are all pretty plugged in to the world of Spotify; we speak the language. It’s easy to forget that the majority of users do not necessarily possess in-depth knowledge of the terminology, tech, and issues that surround the service. With that in mind, we have to expect most queries and questions require a translation of sorts - much easier said than done!
