September 2017 Ideas Review

Every month the Community Team reviews our Ideas Board and present the ones we’ve updated in the past month.

We're here to take a look at the ideas we updated for you all in September. Curious what we implemented last year? Well check out our Yearly Ideas Review: 2016 here.

1. View more than 50 playlists.

2. Increase maximum songs allowed in Your Music

As we've previously said, less than 1% of users are reaching this Your Music limit. The current limit ensures a great experience for 99% of users instead of an "OK" experience for 100%.

We've kept a close eye on your feedback though and we agree if a solution for this could be met it would be beneficial for everyone. While this isn't in our current timeline we're changing this to "Good Idea" and we'll update you if we have any info.

3. Bring back personal top lists.

4. Display the download size of a playlist.

5. Support Crossfade on Spotify Connect.

6. Restore drag-and-drop import of local files.

7. Bring back the filter option on album/ artist pages

8. Playlist folder organization in mobile apps.

9. Share Playlist Folders

Thank you to our Stars

Every week we update your ideas posted in the Idea Exchange. We're actively bringing your comments and feedback to the teams here so they know which features are important to you.

We couldn't do all this without the help of our Rock Star Program Idea Guardians:

Hello everyone 🙂

When I listening the playlists spotify I like to listen only the bests songs.

But I hate when start a bad song that I don't like.

So, how can we change this?

I would love if I can check that song I hate to not play anymore.

Only the bests songs.

Luiz, you can copy a playlist in the Desktop app, paste it into your playlists, and then add or remove songs as you want.
