Emails promoting the campaign will be heading out soon, but don’t worry if you didn’t receive one–you can still access your personal stats at 2017wrapped.com/ and playlists at https://open.spotify.com/view/2017-page

Of course we understand you might have a few questions about this year’s Wrapped Campaign, so we’ve outlined a comprehensive FAQ for you below:

FAQs about Wrapped

Q: Will the playlists disappear at some point, even if I follow them?

A: The playlists won’t disappear, we support them like any other playlist.

Q: What’s the link for the browse hub?

A: https://open.spotify.com/view/2017-page or spotify:special:2017

Q: What criteria do you need to meet to get your personal data on the Wrapped website?

A: You listened to 5 different artists, 30 different tracks, and 60 minutes of music from Jan 1 - Nov 1.

Q: What criteria do you need to meet to receive the personalized playlist “The Ones That Got Away” in Browse?

A:  You listened to 5 different artists, 30 different tracks, and 60 minutes of music from Jan 1 - Nov 1.

Q: What criteria do you need to meet to receive the personalized playlist “Your Top Songs 2017” in Browse?

A:  You listened to 5 different artists, 30 different tracks, and 60 minutes of music from Jan 1 - Nov 1.

Q: Is my ‘Your Top Songs Of 2017’ playlist in order of what I listened to most?

A: It is for the most part, but it may be slightly mixed to help it flow better.

Q: My 2017 Wrapped year recap or Top Songs of 2017 playlist is wrong, I’m sure I didn’t listen to that music. Can you change them?

A: This can happen for a number of reasons:
- You share an account with someone else.

- You often leave Spotify playing in the background--it can be easy to miss what’s playing
- You’ve left your account available at a party/gathering, where people can add tracks to play

The Top Tracks is wrong.

Top 5 according to 2017 Wrapped:

  1. Make War
  2. Incredible
  3. Not Giving Up
  4. Gone With The Wind
  5. Back To Me

Top 5 according to the Your Top Tracks 2017

  1. Tradition
  2. Make War
  3. Incredible
  4. Don't Wait For Me
  5. Silence Speaks

Why are they different? The playlist top 5 makes more sense to me.

Mine said that i listened 11.100 minutes wich isn’t even 8 hours the whole year even though i listen everyday for more than an half hour. And it showed tons of songs i don’t listen to.

No, not true, something is wrong with your coding/reading. Neither me or my wife listen to "Joakim Lundell" or "Marcus & Martinus" which are selected as favourite songs. We don't even have them in any playlist, and they are 3/5 if favourites according to you. The artist is almost correct, but one of the artists have only been played once. I'm at 34878 minutes of music, so it should be more accurate.

Love the idea but one song in my supposed most listening to that I have literally never heard before. Bit annoying. Try and fix plz.

Will it add december stats?

Yeah, 2017 sucked. So did this years presentation of stats. We want more stats! Honestly a stats tab would be cool.

My playlist was pretty solid though.

I was very dissatisfied when Spotify 2017 wrapped said there wasn't enough data in order to process a list for me even though, I have probably completed the criteria each week alone. I hope to see a fix soon to this issue since many others including myself would like to see our list.

How come there's a descrepency between the top 5 in my top 100 playlist and the top 5 from 2017wrapped.com? Only one of the songs match up.

Why does it say I don't have enough stats to show my 2017 wrapped? I listen to spotify everyday?? Very dissapointing.

My wrapped thing worked just fine, but I'm just wondering what the top artists category is based on?

Like the most songs I have of them or how frequent I've listened to them?spotify-2017-wrapped.pngThe Top Artists part

My top artist is a Podcast that I listen. This is so stupid. Podcast is not a singer. and My Top Songs 2017 is full of podcast tracks. How to delete them pls?

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with my ability to get a specialized albulm of my year, but I only use Spotify Web Player. This is partly because I cannot download Spotify on to my laptop. Does playing music on the Web Player give the inability to get a specialized playlist of my year? Thank you for any help you can provide.

Why does my "Your Top Songs Of 2017" Playlist only consist of 98 songs?? I thought it was called "Top 100" for a reason. I know it's only two songs but still I'm pretty sure I listened to plently of more songs than just 98. Is it a glitch or something? Can you please add two more songs? Everything else is pretty accuate though and thank for your time.

Is there any other way of knowing how many songs I skipped in 2017?

For some reason I can't see it in 2017 Wrapped..

The top 5 songs they sent to me in my Wrapped 2017 are not even all on my Top Songs 2017 playlist, how is that possible? I also know that I listened to full albums like Big Boi's Boomiverse all the way through numerous times but instead, some songs I dont recall listening to even once made it into my list instead of other tracks from that album. What is going on? It is awesome to listen to this playlist at the EOY but if its wrong what is the point? Is there a place inside spotify itself to see how many times I have listed to a song like in iTunes?

My top artist doesn't appear on my Top 5 lists at all - it's like it skipped right over him and just took my next 5 most-listened. (I don't leave it playing in the background or give other people access or any of the other user error explanations suggested above either. I strictly play from playlists.) The Top 100 playlist looks mostly correct at least, but I still think it's funny that an artist who comprises over a third of my Top 100 isn't in the top 5 summary at all. (Oddly though, I put the Top 100 on shuffle and the first 20 songs it picked - all artists other than my real #1.) These little personal review things Spotify does are fun, so I'm not really upset, but whatever you use to analyze data needs some serious tweaking.

I tried to see my 2017 stats, but it says there's no enough data...
I've used spotify nearly daily in 2017, so this is a bug or something and I'd like to see it fixed so I can finally see my stats.
Thank you for your time.

I don"t understand why before Nov 1.   It's like 10/12 month of the year..  I'm with spotify since October..   the 2017 wrapped feature is awfully inacurate.  How to "reset" it???  I want my whole year wrapped, not 10 months.
