The year is wrapping up. Which means, you guessed it, it’s time for our annual Year in Music aka Wrapped Campaign.

Starting today you can find your personal Year in Music at 2017wrapped.com/ . You can also access personal playlists at https://open.spotify.com/view/2017-page.

Emails promoting the campaign will be heading out soon, but don’t worry if you didn’t receive one–you can still access your personal stats at 2017wrapped.com/ and playlists at https://open.spotify.com/view/2017-page.

Q: Will the playlists disappear at some point, even if I follow them?

A: The playlists won’t disappear, we support them like any other playlist.

Q: Is my ‘Your Top Songs Of 2017’ playlist in order of what I listened to most?

A: It is for the most part, but it may be slightly mixed to help it flow better.

Q: My 2017 Wrapped year recap or Top Songs of 2017 playlist is wrong, I’m sure I didn’t listen to that music. Can you change them?

A: This can happen for a number of reasons:
- You share an account with someone else.

- You often leave Spotify playing in the background--it can be easy to miss what’s playing
- You’ve left your account available at a party/gathering, where people can add tracks to play

The top 5 songs they sent to me in my Wrapped 2017 are not even all on my Top Songs 2017 playlist, how is that possible? I also know that I listened to full albums like Big Boi's Boomiverse all the way through numerous times but instead, some songs I dont recall listening to even once made it into my list instead of other tracks from that album. What is going on? It is awesome to listen to this playlist at the EOY but if its wrong what is the point? Is there a place inside spotify itself to see how many times I have listed to a song like in iTunes?

My top artist doesn't appear on my Top 5 lists at all - it's like it skipped right over him and just took my next 5 most-listened. (I don't leave it playing in the background or give other people access or any of the other user error explanations suggested above either. I strictly play from playlists.) The Top 100 playlist looks mostly correct at least, but I still think it's funny that an artist who comprises over a third of my Top 100 isn't in the top 5 summary at all. (Oddly though, I put the Top 100 on shuffle and the first 20 songs it picked - all artists other than my real #1.) These little personal review things Spotify does are fun, so I'm not really upset, but whatever you use to analyze data needs some serious tweaking.

I tried to see my 2017 stats, but it says there's no enough data...
I've used spotify nearly daily in 2017, so this is a bug or something and I'd like to see it fixed so I can finally see my stats.

I don"t understand why before Nov 1.   It's like 10/12 month of the year..  I'm with spotify since October..   the 2017 wrapped feature is awfully inacurate.  How to "reset" it???  I want my whole year wrapped, not 10 months.
