A podcast I have been listening to for a very long time ha disappeared

For about two and a half years have I been listening to a podcast (Vad? Med ijustwanttobecool). However about a week ago it just disappeared from my account. The podcast won’t show in my library and neither in the search bar. If I use a link it will just indefinitely load. I have tried on multiple devices and at different locations with different connections. The weird part is that when I’m using Spotify open and log out it works perfectly. But when I switch back it just starts loading and stops playing. I haven’t found any solutions to this problem and extremely few instances of people having it. What should I do?

Hi @BobDaBoy, thanks for writing.

Do you have this issue on all devices?

Have you tried reinstalling the app?

Now I have tried the re-installing process and sadly it didn’t work. And yes I have the problem with all devices. When I for example use open Spotify not logged in the podcast opens but once I log uni to my specific account it just stops loading in.

Hey @BobDaBoy

Can you please tell me what devices are you using?

Also, does it happen with that podcast only or with others as well?

Have you tried changing your internet connection? (maybe a different Wi-Fi network or 4G/5G)
