A song is recorded badly

Hi, I don't know if this can go here or where should this issue go.

There's a song in Spotify that sounds just like a scratched CD. Seriously, the song is "Ancha es Castilla" from the "La Leyenda de la Mancha" Album from spanish group Mago de Oz.

I really like the song, but can it be reuploaded or something?

It's baffling how it's in Spotify in such a bad condition.
