Dear Spotify Community,

 

Yesterday I sent a message to Artists For Spotify Support ( https://artists.spotify.com/contact ) explaining issues I'm currently having with my recent EP  

This is the message i wrote to them

 

"Dear Support Department ,

 

On the 27th of November my EP called "Lost In The Good Times"

( https://open.spotify.com/album/2FTwsk6bItGmKccQXFSlbM )

was delivered to Spotify through my distributor called  "recordJet", unfortunately due to my oversight I forgot to mention to them that I already have a verified account on Spotify

( https://open.spotify.com/artist/4FWRx8DGQFkUtxTEAkDjXu ), which led them to create a new profile ( https://open.spotify.com/artist/4AEibtrDyr10JD39UBbLqo ). As instructed in your FAQ I went ahead and tried to contact my distributor, but unfortunately recordJet is closed for Christmas from the 19.12.2019 and they will have limited support in the first week of January. Only as of the 7th of January, my distributor will be fully operational again. 

 

I also messed up the order of the track list on the EP so I would greatly appreciate your help on that aswell. 

This should be the correct order for the EP

  1. Destiny
  2. I Could
  3. Life's Sad
  4. Polar
  1. Overdose

 

I know my issue is just a simple metadata problem , but I wanted to get your advice on if you should move my EP " Lost in The Good Times" to my verified Spotify for Artists profile that I'm contacting you through. It only has 16 followers, so I am not too worried about it, but I'm worried and unsure what happens when my album will be moved from my distributor's created profile which the album is currently on to my verified account. Am I going to loose all my listens, followers, album saves etc. when its moved to the correct verified account?  I would also appreciate quick response as I have to have my Spotify for Artists Profile fully set up in order to apply for a music festival and the submissions closes on the 1st of January.

I'm sorry for a very short notice. Your help and advice on what should i do will be greatly appreciated.

 

If you need any more information or proof I will provide it ASAP.

I understand the instructions on how to fix this but I am still unsure about certain things.

Also wanted to know if its possible to change the order of the track list ?
