My Question or Issue

My daughter has an account on our family plan. She wanted to listen to Sheryl Crow but its says that tracks on her albums are unavailable.

 

She logged into her account on a different device and same issue there so its not the device.

 

I tried listening to the same album on my spotify account and that was fine, so its not the album/region. 

 

She has explicit content turned on (not that Sheryl Crow should need this!). 

 

It seems like it must be something which her account. 

 

Can anyone please help me and my daughter??

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

 

Just to confirm, does your daughter have a Spotify Kids account or is it a regular account? Also, is she using any VPNs? If so, we suggest that she turns it off as it can affect the app's performance. 

 

On another note, would you mind trying with a different network to see if the same happens?
