Albums available in the USA, not in The Netherlands

I can't find all the albums of my favorite artist, Kansas. Some albums are available, some not. I can see they are available in the US, but not in The Netherlands. See for yourself. It is about the albums 'In The Spirit of Things' and 'Always Never The Same'.
How is that possible?

The availability of music on Spotify is up to the artist and their music label.

Sometimes the music is only available in certain countries, while access is blocked to others. This is at the request of the artist.
