[All Platforms][Music] expanding the library- Steven Universe

[All Platforms][Music] expanding the library- Steven Universe

dear spotify team,

I am very pleased with spotify and it's content (and i mean I have become dependent from spotify, great job!)

The suggestion I would like to make is that you should add the Steven Universe soundtrack to the avaliable songs. Right now there are zero tracks from the show. I hope this request won't sound silly. I think su has an amazing soundtrack, and I'm sure many spotify users will appreciate the addition.

I thank you for your time and hope you will consider (and follow up on) my request

Yours truly,

Claudia

@lovecote - Hi

Messages requesting additional music are normally posted in Music Room - Content Questions.

I don't have the authority to move this but don't be surprised if a moderator does so later. They will then tell you that the music on Spotify relies on artists or labels making it available.

PS. It's not a silly request - people ask for more music to be added all the time. 🙂

Hi! @saved is correct: I've moved your post to the Content Questions board, where we can discuss the available Spotify library as well as the Spotify-curated playlists. In reference to your comment, missing or unavailable music is almost always a decision by the artist/label to withhold the content from Spotify. Sometimes it's temporarily unavailable while they sort out legal issues or correct metadata, in which case it'll be back up as soon as they resubmit it to Spotify.
While it might be a good idea to contact the label directly and ask why the music isn't on Spotify, you can also fill out this form
to let Spotify staff know of your interest. You might also be interested in supporting this idea, which suggests a simpler method for requesting albums missing from Spotify.
