Hi,
I am using spotify premium but why is it that for 5 times already, songs that I have in my playlist and downloaded to be available offline became unavailable after 2-3 weeks so I need to download it all again. Is there a way to prevent this?
All songs in my playlist are not playing and it is more of asking me to download again.
Hello:
You might check this article out about offline content from the Spotify service: https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/troubleshooting2/offline-troubleshooting/
Also just an aside information, users can offline content for up to 30 days at a time, then the users have to bring their devices back to online mode for licensing and other content updates, ensure none of the content has not been offlined longer than 30 days?
You have to go online every few days in order to keep those offline songs, according to Spotify.
Just so you know, you are not the only one experiencing that issue. I have the same problem and am around 10 mails in with the customer support.
Below are two screenshots I took directly after each other. As you can see Spotify takes up 3.9 Gigs of Space but not A SINGLE SONG is available offline (cant show that here but trust me). These two things should contradict each other and are a clear indication of a softwarebug. This happens at seemingly random intervals and its honestly not my job to try and reproduce it.
Please get this fixed as I am a paying customer and would like to enjoy the offline feature.
Ain't no sunshine I tell ya.
