please show all editions of albums.   I do NOT always want the 'deluxe' version of an album with a bunch of demos and other nonsense when I just want to listen to the original album!!

Another reason to reconsider Tidal.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. Heads-up: we've moved your post to the Help board as it's more relevant.

The albums uploaded on Spotify are handled by the artists themselves, so it's up to them which version they prefer to upload. In general, it's common for extended / deluxe versions of the album to be preferred as they often feature bonus tracks or new tweaks to some of the songs. This makes them more accessible to the public.

If you find these additions off-putting, you can add all tracks from the albums original release to the queue, so that the other remaining tracks won't be played.
