Are these two artists the same?

Nazgul's only epic black metal album, De Expugnatione Elfmuth is an all time favourite. 

Yet, this artist has some more albums on spotify, but these are electronic music, I really doubt they're the same artist, and  metal archives dot com provides no info. 

Is this really really the same artist?

I checked it a bit a surly something's off.

The other album aren't listed under any offical Nazgul artist info page and the other releases on the page are eaither trance music or Drum & Bass.
