Artist's followers disappearing and reappearing & wrong related artists

An artist page I manage has been going up and down from 3884 to about 3930 followers, everyday gaining and loosing 20-30 followers in that rage for almost 2 weeks and we cannot understand why.  The artist has almost 40k monthly listeners and this has never happened before.  All ll of her related artists have turned to unrelated **bleep** in the past month also.  is someone sabatoging her account? Has anyone else had this issue?  Is it a glitch? Please help spotify for artists never responds to emails and our friend at content ops is on vacation.
