Asking money for playlist inclusion

In the last months, more and more (independent) playlist curators have been asking me for money to include my tracks on their playlists. For instance, 20 $ as stardard price and 30 $ if I want it very high in the playlist (this concfrete case is a playlist with less than 5000 followers).

You can say this is against the rules - but is also a FACT that you are not going to stop with a paragraph.

How can we make the system attractive so that playlist curators "earn" something when they include artists? It must not be money - can be prestige, kudos, a visit to Disneyworld or to the Headquarters... Some idea?
