Audio quality on some songs

I wanted to kindly ask if there's a way for users to report songs with poor audio quality on the platform. There are many well-known tracks, such as Galo Tara by Abadi Johar, that unfortunately have unacceptable audio quality despite their popularity in the region.

This issue can discourage users from fully switching to Spotify, even though the app itself is excellent and stands out compared to other platforms.

Yes, you can report faulty or inaccurate metadata to us. However, before submitting a report, make sure to follow the steps below to make sure it’s not a technical issue:

• Make sure your app is up-to-date.
• Play the track on a different device or with our web player.
• Play the track on a different WiFi or data connection.

If it’s not a technical issue, you can reach out to us via the private channel here so the report can be forwarded to the relevant teams.
