does anyone know why the album/songs from "Corporate America" by the rock group Boston, is not on Spotify

Unfortunately, missing or unavailable music is almost always a decision by the artist/label to withhold the content from Spotify. Sometimes it's temporarily unavailable while they sort out legal issues or correct metadata, in which case it'll be back up as soon as they resubmit it to Spotify. While it might be a good idea to contact the label directly and ask why the music isn't on Spotify, you can also use Twitter and Facebook to ask the artists themselves.

You might also be interested in supporting this idea, which suggests a simpler method for requesting albums missing from Spotify.

I dont know but on YouTube their songs are unavailable in your country in my case America and I dont understand because I was listening to them half an hour ago

Boston pulled the album from all digital releases, as well as ceased sale of the physical CD copies due to a dispute with the record label. It's really unfortunate because there are some really good tracks on that album. You can listen to 4 out of the 10 tracks on spotify. Livin' for you was from Boston's previous release, Walk On, they just decided to include a live recording for some reason. "Someone" and "You Gave Up On Love" were re-composed for Boston's 2013 album Life, Love, and Hope. Didn't mean to fall in love is also re-released on LL&H pretty much the same as it was on Corporate America. Those are only a few of the good songs on CA though. Wish they'd release it on digital.
