Can I use music from spotify in my podcast on spotify or will it cause copyright issues?

I have one quick question. I want to start a podcast and want to critizise music. So can i just put parts from Songs from spotify into my podcast or will this cause copyright issues?

Thanks for the question and I'll do my best to answer. 🙂
The user guidelines section in the Spotify Terms and Conditions would include podcasts as a form of broadcasting. Since this would be shared with the public, it would not be covered in the user agreement.
I know it can be definitely seem like a gray area! But with copyright concerns, it's always better to avoid using content you don't own unless you were given permission in advance.
